Professor Lumic was incharge of Cybus Industries. He was paralyzed and dependent on his ventilator, he had created a Cyberman prototype hoping that one day he would be able to transform himself into a Cyberman that would make him near enough invincible.
Professor Lumic as the Cyber Controller only appeared in the 2006 story Rise of the Cybermen/The Age of Steel
