2015 Guard Dalek

Presumably these were early versions of the Emperor’s Guard Daleks, the only difference being the lack of slats and a blue shoulder section. Earlier in Dalek history, the lack of slats meant that Daleks couldn’t leave the city and if these were originally guarding the Emperor presumably they’d have less of a reason to leave the city.
